I would like to Congratulate and thank everyone who attended the Community Day on Plover Tearrace. It was a miserable day which was made a real success.

Thanks to Richard for the fantastic photographs which showed just how much people did get involved.

Despite the weather those that attended really got involved enjoyed the day. Well done to everyone.

What a lovely day it was. Was great to see so many people turn out. The easter card decoration was a great success and the kids just loved it. I was really proud to be part of this group that made this event happen, thanks to Kath and Colette for keeping me going with coffee, cake and pizza. Love the photos on the web page too. Enjoyed the buzz of your community meeting. Great way of bringing families together who would not normally talk to each other and may now feel they have a common bond. Catering superb – Colette and Kath very friendly and cheery. Loved the carrot cake.

Hello Richard, I’m from a housing background and was very interested to see how your community came together on Easter Sunday. It was great to see community spirit with such a good turnout – a lot of time and effort was put into creating this event – a lot of happy children and their parents really appreciated all your hard work. The face painting was a great success as were the pizzas.
